Your mission will be
In close collaboration with the Coordinator and the flight coordination team, your mission will be to answer the chartered flight service requests for corporate or individual customers, to prepare submissions in respect of the established processes and regulations, to coordinate the flight logistics taking into account the customers’ expectations and particularities, and this, while always ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Do you have the profile
You have acquired significant experience in transport coordination, logistics and in customer service, ideally in the field of aviation. You have trained as a flight dispatcher, in transport logistics or any other training judged relevant. A private pilot’s licence would be a definite asset for the job.
You are motivated, enthusiastic and energetic. You like working in a team and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. You take the initiative and have a sense of responsibility. Independent, you can manage many demands at the same time in an urgent and changing context. You have excellent interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills (French and English). Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset. You can use the computer tools put at your disposal efficiently.
