Following the announcement of partial resumption of our commercial flights, with the recalls and revision of working schedules, in Montreal, our Cargo service office located at 9475 Ryan, Dorval will be open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 17:30. In Québec, for more information, please contact our Cargo services at 514 636-8501. For the recovery of packages arriving in Montreal, you can collect your packages From Monday to Friday between 8 am and 19:30 at the Montreal Cargo Office. Customers who wish to pick up their packages upon arrival of the flights in Montreal can call the office at 514-636-8501 to find out the flight arrival times.
Our office in Timmins, will be open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 16:30. For more information on our services in Ontario, call 705 264-9521 at extension 3159.
As we resume our operations, we will accept cargo to travel according to our commercial flight schedule. Please notes that flights are subject to cancellations and cargo will travel on the next available flight. For time-sensitive cargo shipments, we will take necessary arrangements to communicate with customers and advise of the cancellation.
For all our destinations, parcels are sent on the first flight with available space. For cargo shipments, take advantage of over 35 years of experience and be assured that we will respect your schedule. Air Creebec is the priority service for the James Bay coast. We offer fast delivery service between Montreal and Timmins and onward to all our Cree community stations.
